Elegant apartment tastefully furnished and located on the sixth floor of a nice building with elevator in the area of Fortezza da Basso / San Iacopino (a prestigious  neighborhood of Florence with many shops, bars and restaurants) .

The apartment is ideal for people travelling by car or by train as it is situated just outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone), adjacent to the historic centre. which is at about 10 minutes (by bus) . The bus stop is only 100 meters from the building and in a few minutes allows to reach the main attractions and monuments of Florence.

The living area consists of an entrance hall and a large double living room with two comfortable sofas , bookcase with TV , dining room with table for 8 people. From the living room it is possible to access to a large covered terrace with sofa and dining furniture.

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge with freezer,  table, bench and chairs. The kitchen leads to another terrace / veranda with outdoor sink.

The apartment provides two bedrooms (1 with double bed and the other with 3 single beds) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Upon request a fourth single bed can be placed in the large triple bedroom in order to reach the maximum occupancy of 6 people.
