The property, completely and finely restored, was built in the beginning of the XIX century and during that period it was part of the farm of Count Bandini's family, one of the most noble family of Sant'Andrea in Percussina, the town where Niccolò Machiavelli lived.

The interiors follow the typical architecture of Chianti farmhouses.
