You will be able to enjoy in complete privacy the wonderful landscape of the hills around Montaione at sunset while having a sunbathe by the large private swimming pool (6x12 meters) equipped with a Jacuzzi area, chairs, sunbeds, umbrellas and paved in traditional “cotto stones”.  

In front of the Villa there is a loggia with veranda, a private garden with BBQ and parking area.

Among the other facilities available we can surely mention: Private garage, laundry-room, outdoor games for children.
