Villino Santo Stefano is a beautiful private Villa in the Florentine Chianti area. It has been recently built and it is fully equipped. 

It overlooks the gently Tuscan rolling hills and it is surrounded by a typical Tuscan landscape: hills, olive trees, vineyards and woods.

This property is suitable for families and group of friends (up to 8 people) who would like to spend a private, peaceful and relaxing holiday in Tuscany. 

The customers will have the exclusive use of the house, garden, swimming-pool and all the facilities.

Villino Santo Stefano is divided into a bigger apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a smaller annex with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

The bigger apartment consists of two bedrooms with a queen size bed, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a 1 living-dining room with kitchenette. 

In the living room there is a typical Tuscan fireplace, a TV-Sat and DVD-player.

In the annex, there is a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with  queen size bed and a bathroom with shower. 

Independent heating, air-conditioned and Wi-Fi are provided throughout the property.

It is set in a large garden with a large variety of coloured flowers and it is surrounded by olive trees

The originally shaped swimming-pool, enclosed by a laurel hedge and equipped with a safe gate for the children, is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas.

From the swimming pool it is possible to enjoy the beautiful landscape of the hills around Montaione. 

The garden area offers a playground for children and adults: a ping-pong table, a table football, bowls field, a slide and a swing for children. 

In the central part of the garden there is a barbeque area, a wood-burning oven (ideal to cook pizza) and a veranda equipped with table and benches where it is possible to have your meals and, at the same time, enjoy a wonderful panorama, from sunrise to sunset.

4 bicycles are available for eventual excursions in the surrounding countryside. Pets are welcome.
