The apartment is set in the heart of Florence in Borgo Santi Apostoli almost at the corner of Piazza Santa Trinita from where begins Via Tornabuoni, the Florence most famous road with its high fashion boutiques and international griffes. It is set in the historical centre of Florence and the main art destinations such as Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery, Piazza della Repubblica and the Cathedral can be reached from here by foot. Even the Train Station Santa Maria Novella is at 10 minutes of walking distance. At short distance are set even the most famous Florence Lungarni: walking along them you can easily reach the Old Bridge, Pitti Palace and the Oltrarno (Santo Spirito and San Frediano neighbourhoods). The area is well served by stores and facilities of all sort and from here the different destinations of the city can be reached using the small electric buses running throughout.
The apartment is set on the 4th floor (no lift) of a historic building once belonged to the Altoviti noble family who had several palaces along this road. The apartment has been recently restored and highly refined with the greatest care. Well furnished and finely decorated the apartment is a gem appropriately planned for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
It consists of a small entrance that leads to a large double bedroom (or two single beds) with a private bathroom with shower. Close to the bedroom open a second common bathroom with shower. From the entrance you get in a comfortable and bright living room with sofa and dining area in front of which it is set a fully equipped kitchenette. Laterally open a second double bedroom with next a small area which serves as dressing room or “ boudoir”. From the windows you can enjoy the view of the Arnolfo Tower and the Orsanmichele Church.
The apartment is about 60 sq. meters large and can accommodate up to 4 persons with two bathrooms. Suitable for two couples or a couple with 2 children.
It is placed in the pedestrian area: the access with private cars is not admitted.
Coming by car it is advisable to book a parking space at one of the numerous private garages standing in the Borgo Ognissanti area or near the Porta al Prato square.
