Villa degli Ulivi is a wonderful private Villa in Tuscany and it is the ideal setting for your relaxing holidays.

You will be completely surrounded by the most authentic Tuscan countryside really close to the city of Florence. The excellent location of this Villa will allow you to easily reach the beautiful Florence in a few minutes, but even Siena, Arezzo, San Gimignano and Volterra aren't that far.

This accommodation is private and ideally rented to individual groups or families in order to grant a high quality stay and total privacy to guests.

The Villa (250 sqm) has floors tiled with traditional Tuscan design and can comfortably accommodate 10 persons in 5 double bedrooms (all with a wonderful view over the hills and the countryside) furnished in a charming rustic design and 4 bathrooms. 2 extra beds can be added upon request (sofa beds).

It is set in a 2000 sqm private garden with green grass and olive trees The garden is fenced and lighted by night.

In a detached area there is a large private pool with a perfect sun exposure and a wide space for relax where you can sunbathe in total privacy thanks to the comfortable sunbeds and sun umbrellas.

A 60 sqm panoramic terrace with a barbecue is provided in order to allow guests to eat outdoor.

Moreover, you will find a 35 sqm arcade and a very nice gazebo which offerw an excellent shady spot for your relaxation. Private parking is provided and car is recommended

Villa degli Ulivi is situated in the Reggello area which is an area rich of natural and artistic treasures: Romanesque churches with works of Renaissance artists like Masaccio, Raffaellino del Garbo, Gerini, Ghirlandaio, Della Robbia. Protected Natural Areas of Forest of Saint Anthony and the Crags, along with the historical Vallombrosa.

This territory is also well-known for its beautiful landscape and its very special olive oil.

In the close small town of Piandiscò is easy to find essential facilities such as banks, pharmacies, grocery shops, newsagents, bars and restaurants.
