"Villa Palazzone" is a charming country house set in the heart of a large estate of 153 hectares. The property has been completely renovated and upgraded with all modern conveniences.

It is characterized by a main house with 3 apartments and 1 double bedroom and 2 suite annexes. The guests of the Villa have the exclusive use of the garden where there is a large and panoramic swimming pool (heated), a sunbathing area equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas which offers spectacular views of the Tuscan hills, the gazebo and the tipical stone barbecue.

The isolated location and the total immersion in the nature provide a magical atmosphere. 

The Villa, thanks to its strategic location that encompasses the regions of Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio, allows to reach with a few minutes' drive the beautiful towns of Sarteano, Cetona, Città della Pieve and in about 1 hour's drive the cities of Siena, Pienza and Montepulciano and other places of great natural value such as the lakes of Bolsena and Bracciano.
