This private Villa is located in the municipality of Borgo San Lorenzo, on the road that leads from Borgo to Luco di Mugello.
The building is immersed in a large region rich in woods and large meadows near Florence. In this area in ancient times the Medici (historical Florentine family) built many family residences: in fact, a few kilometers away we find the villa of Cafaggiolo, the Castello del Trebbio and the marvelous Villa Demidoff surrounded by its splendid park.
In addition to Florence it is possible to easily reach, through short car trips, all the other Tuscan cities, including Arezzo, Siena, Lucca and Pisa. The villa has been recently renovated and it is an ideal accommodation for those who want to spend their vacation in contact with nature. Furthermore, a short distance away it is possible to find tennis courts, a golf club and a riding school. For shopping lovers, we would like to mention the nearby Outlet village of Barberino del Mugello.
Guests will enjoy the exclusive use of the parking and the equipped garden that surrounds the house where they will also be able to have meals together al fresco.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 double rooms (2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms).
This two-storey house also has 2 bathrooms, one on each floor of the house, the one on the ground floor has a shower box while the one on the first floor has shower and bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen that leads directly to the outdoor dining area, two large living rooms (one with a fireplace) and a dining room.
Two additional single beds are available upon request.
The villa provides a garden, barbecue, fireplace, Wi-Fi Internet connection, TV, oven, microwave oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cot and high chair for babies and private parking facilities.
