On the ground floor there is the first bedroom with bathroom and kitchen, an internal staircase leads to the first floor where there is the second bedroom, also with private bathroom. From this room there is direct access to a private terrace which offers a beautiful view of the hills of Fiesole and where it is possible to enjoy your lunch and dinner outside.

The city of Florence is easily accessible by bus, in fact the Villa is served by the city bus 25, which stops just 20 meters from the gate of the Villa and allows you to reach the city center in just 15 minutes.

A private parking for cars and motorcycles is available, although it is supposed to be shared with the owners of the Villa residing on the ground floor.
