Villa Rossa is a beautiful indipendent Villa, suitable for 6 person, located in Greve in Chianti within walking distance from all facilities (restaurants, shopping, grocery, banks, church, bus stop etc.). It has an ideal position, between vineyards and olive groves, and with a gorgeous view on the surrounding hills.

Floor Area: 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom; 120 sqm on two floors; 200 sqm private garden equipped with sunbeds, beach umbrellas, tables and chairs; Private swimming pool (6,60 x 3,60 mt. 1,30 mt. deep); Private parking;
Ground floor: Dining-room with fully furnished kitchen, living-room with satellite-tv, laundry-room with washing-machine, iron and iron board and one small bathroom.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower.
Upon request free of charge: baby crib, high-chair and additional bed.
