PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Villa Roseto di Vinci, located at about 3 km from Vinci, birthplace of Leonardo, is a private villa built in the middle of the '800, with a large garden of over 6000 square meters for exclusive use and with beautiful trees and plants.
In the garden there is a private swimming pool equipped with chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas. Also, in the front of the house there is a shaded gazebo where the guests can eat outside “al fresco” or simply relax in complete and total privacy.
The Villa is suitable for groups up to 12 people:

Kitchen fully equipped with original fireplace, dining room with fireplace, large living room with window overlooking the garden, TV room and 1 bathroom.
First Floor:
5 large double bedrooms (20 sqm each), all with frescoed ceilings and 3 bathrooms.
