Medici Apartment is a 110 sqm stylish and luxury apartment located in Florence pedestrian area, on the first floor of a bulding with elevator.

Decorated with parquet wood floors and hand-painted walls and ceilings throughout, this 2-level property is a gem to behold. Entry into the apartment is into a large living room with mezzanine loft. The lower level contains a carved sofa with two matching arm chairs. The Florentine style floor-to-ceiling drapes cover an immense window. An open wooden staircase leads to the semi-circular mezzanine level, where you will find a sofa-bed, comfortable for one, and a writing table. The painted wood ceiling blends in with the room. Beneath the mezzanine is the dining area, with a large wooden dining table, decorated benches, and chairs to seat 10. Entry into the kitchen is through a wood and glass door, decorated with the traditional Florentine symbol, a transparent lily. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, four-burner gas cook-top, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and American and Italian coffee makers. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen-size (160 cm) beds, satellite TV, and a tapestry hanging overhead. Both bedrooms have a staircase leading up to a mezzanine level with a wardrobe and a sofa bed for one. Orsanmichele, a beautiful ancient church, and the abbey church, Badia Fiorentina. A little bit farther out (just 15 minutes walking) is the church of Santa Croce.
