The Villa can accommodate up to 10 people and offers to its guests 4 double bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with french bed) furnished in Tuscan style and equipped with all modern amenities. 

All rooms are air conditioned and have private bathrooms. 

The property is divided into a main building with 3 bedrooms, large lounge with dining area and kitchen and 3 bathrooms and an annex in which there is a large living room with double sofa bed, a bedroom with private bathroom and another kitchen. 

On the ground floor there is also a dining room which overlooks the rear garden of the villa where the owners, who live in a portion of the Villa, organize sometimes lunches and dinners. 

The outdoor space of the Villa offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills and ensures as well to enjoy the landscaped garden and the large swimming pool (shared with the owners who live in a portion of the Villa) equipped with sun beds, deckchairs and umbrellas.

One of the owners of the Villa is a chef and she organizes tipical Tuscan dinners for their guests/welcome dinners.
