The Villa offers accommodation in its two fully renovated adjoining apartments (Giotto & Leonardo) that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. 

The Giotto Apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests and the Leonardo Apartment provides room for 5 guests. 

Both apartments are located on the second floor and they are easily reachable by the lift. The owners live on the lower floors and are always at the guest’s disposal for any need or information.

The refined furniture and accurate details perfectly match the ancient style of the Villa with wooden beams and original handmade terracotta floors.

Both apartments offer a beautiful 25 m2 balcony looking onto the Italian-style garden, which has been brought back to its ancient splendour. The apartments share the same balcony, which is consequently divided by an adequate green fence. 

Giotto Apartment: 120 m2, first floor, lift, west side.

Big living/dining room with original fireplace, open stairs to the mezzanine floor (average height = around 2m), French-style canopied bed, bathroom with shower, dressing room. Fully equipped kitchen with access to the balcony, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher. Large bedroom with double bed, fireplace, bathroom with tub.

Leonardo Apartment: 150 m2, first floor, lift, east side.

Big living/dining room with fireplace, open stairs to the mezzanine floor (average height = around 2m), double bed, bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen with access to the balcony, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher. Large bedroom with double bed, bedroom with single bed, bathroom with tub.
