Villa Imperiale – Ref. Nr. 64

The nearest bus station is within walking distance from the villa, as it is only about 0.4 mile away. At the same location of the bus stop there is also a few groceries stores, take-out places, restaurants/pizzerias and a pharmacy.

The villa has been recently completely renovated and comes with two different setups available for rent:

The first setup, (for up to 6 guests), features:

3 double bedrooms (of which one with attached walk-in closet), 2 bathrooms (of which one with Teuco shower/tub), living room with 32' lcd tv and sky satellite tv channels, dining room, fully furnished kitchen, private garden with teak wood table and outdoors rattan chairs, small laundry room, gated parking and private swimming pool (size: 36 x 18 feet).

The second setup,(for up to 8 guests), features:

4 double bedrooms (of which one with attached walk-in closet), 3 bathrooms (of which one with Teuco shower/tub), living room with 32' lcd tv and sky satellite tv channels, dining room, fully furnished kitchen, private garden with teak wood table and rattan outdoors chairs, small laundry room, gated parking and private swimming pool (size: 36 x 18 feet).

Prices are all inclusive: 2 hrs. of daily housekeeping 6 times a week, 3 weekly towel changes, 1 weekly linens change, wi-fi internet connection, satellite tv, air conditioning, private swimming pool, private garden, gated parking and final cleaning.

On demand you can also have a cook available to prepare either breakfast, lunch or dinner directly at the villa.
