PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Villa Strada Bianca is an old farmhouse, dating back to 1789, used to process wood, raise sheep and cultivate land, abandoned over time, it has been renovated maintaining all its original features, using local materials and handcrafted furnishings. Today it welcomes you by transmitting all its energy derived from this pristine environment.
Located in San Casciano dei Bagni, one of the most evocative places in the region, land of the ancient Etruscans, with its thermal waters and the charm of small intact villages to be discovered. It is the starting point for visiting many famous surrounding places.
The property is now structured in three buildings surrounded by 20,000 meters of fenced garden. Villa Strada Bianca has been restored to its original splendour after a long period of careful renovation and equipped with all the comforts and services that will make your stay unique. Inside the property you will find the main villa and a small cottage. The rooms are spacious and bright, characterized by classic Tuscan architectural elements.
Ground Floor
Structured for entertainment and relaxation, it is divided into five zones. The dining room with a large table in fine wood, pellet fireplace adjacent to the equipped kitchen and exit to the garden with access to the swimming pool. A living room with sofa and armchair offers a relaxation area for reading.
Externally, to the side of the living room, there is a pergola in the shade of wisteria, with a large oval table where you can gather for lunch or dinner outdoors, particularly appreciated on hot summer afternoons for an afternoon aperitif, which can be organized in the lounge area with comfortable outdoor sofas and a view of the pool.
Night Area
Ground Floor
The sleeping area consists of three rooms where both adults and children stay in total serenity and privacy. A second outdoor sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms is completely independent and private from the rest of the house.
First Floor
Going up a comfortable staircase you reach a living room, large, panoramic, bright, equipped with comfortable and wide sofas to accommodate the whole family or a large group of friends.A pellet stove for chilly evenings brightens up the atmosphere with flame pleasure, while smart TVs and ps4s complete the entertainment service. A beautiful covered terrace offers the opportunity to sip a glass of wine and local specialties in front of the natural spectacle of our forest. On the same floor there is access to the elegant double bedrooms.
Exterior
The sparkling swimming pool, surrounded by aromatic plants, flowers and olive trees, invites you to cool off on hot days and immerse yourself in moments of pure relaxation. At night, lights and candles transform the pool terrace into a magical place where you can enjoy an aperitif or simply admire the stars. The swimming pool is completely fenced with a gate for the safety of children, who must always be supervised by adults.
The swimming pool is open from mid-April to mid-October. Outside of these dates, it can be opened on request for an additional fee. The lounge area, with its three comfortable sofas, is the perfect place to share laughter and conversation under the warm Tuscan sun or under the mantle of twinkling stars. The little ones can have fun in the beach area, where the soft sand becomes their realm of games and adventures.
While sports lovers will be able to challenge each other to a game of table tennis or show off their talents at the barbecue, creating culinary delights for friends and family. These outdoor spaces are the ideal setting to create unforgettable memories and to celebrate the joy of life in an environment that exudes passion for the beauty of Tuscany.
